Why Us
Plenty of schemes give a woman something once and move on. Ours is built around what happens in the two years after — whether she is still trading, still earning, and no longer needs us at all.
Every applicant sits the same practical assessment, judged on the skill she already has. No recommendation letters, no queue-jumping, and never a fee to apply.
Up to ₹2 lakh of equipment and stock, given as a set-up rather than a loan. No interest, no collateral, and no debt waiting at the end of it.
Training and mentoring carry on once the shutters go up, because the first few months decide whether a new business survives its first slow week.
The Difference
The 20% profit share is the part people ask about most. It is not a charge for the service — it is what pays for the next woman’s set-up. A woman who succeeds here funds someone else’s beginning, and she knows it from the first day.
Assessed on skill, not on schooling or contacts
The business is hers outright from day one
Profit share only begins after three months of trading
Offices in Patna and Mumbai, and a centre already running
The Process
There is no queue-jumping and no recommendation letter. Everyone goes through the same five steps.
Apply at either office or through this website. Tell us your district and the trade or skill you already know.
A practical examination based on the knowledge you already have — not on schooling, certificates or contacts.
Results are decided on merit. Those who pass move straight into planning the business with our team.
The foundation funds a complete business worth up to ₹2 lakh — equipment, opening stock and a place to trade from.
After three months of trading, 20% of profit returns to the foundation and funds the next woman’s set-up.
Applications are open at the Patna and Mumbai offices throughout the year.
