We help women start a business of their own — matched to the skills they already have, funded by the foundation, and supported until it stands on its own feet.
Pass our skill assessment and receive a complete business set-up worth up to ₹2 lakh, along with training, mentoring and every possible support.
About Us
Our objective is to make women self-reliant. We give them the opportunity to start a business that matches their own knowledge and skills, so they can fulfil their own dreams and those of their family.
Not one-time aid, but a livelihood that lasts — built on the skill a woman already has.
Make women financially self-reliant.
Create real employment opportunities.
Raise respect in family and society.
Every woman who passes our assessment receives a complete business set-up — funded, equipped and mentored by the foundation.
Support UsWhy Us!
We do not hand out one-time aid. We build a livelihood: an assessment based on what she already knows, a fully funded set-up, and mentoring that continues after the shutters go up.
Selection on merit, through a fair skill assessment

Our Programmes
Tailoring, stitching and trade training that turns an everyday skill into a steady income.
Learn MoreA complete business set-up — stock, equipment and a place to trade from — funded by the foundation.
Learn MoreLiteracy and learning support, so that reading, writing and record-keeping never hold a woman back.
Learn MoreYour contribution goes straight into a set-up for a woman who has passed our assessment — her machine, her stock, her shop. Every rupee is tied to a named business, not a general fund.
Our Team
From skill assessment to a running shop — this is what the scheme looks like in practice.
Our Shilai Centre in Patna stitches all kinds of ladies’ and children’s garments — designer blouses, petticoats, kurtis and salwars. It is a working shop and the training floor where new women learn the trade.
Selection is on merit. Every applicant sits an assessment based on the knowledge and skill she already has, so the business she receives is one she can genuinely run from day one.
On passing, the foundation funds a complete business set-up worth up to ₹2 lakh, with training and mentoring throughout. After three months of trading, 20% of profit returns to fund the next woman.
